Self-Adhesive Mirror Demister Pads
Say goodbye to wiping down steamed-up glass after a bath or shower. Our ultra-thin heated mirror demister pads gently warm the glass surface to stop condensation and fogging before it even starts. Simply peel off the protective backing sheet and apply the self-adhesive foil directly onto the rear of your mirror.
Most installations wire the demister directly into the bathroom lighting circuit or an independent switch. This ensures the heated pad operates only when the room is in use, keeping energy consumption extremely low. Running costs are negligible, typically averaging just 2 to 3 pence per week.
These anti-fog heating pads are IP54 rated for complete peace of mind, making them fully compliant and safe for installation in Bathroom Zones 2 and 3. Because each unit is double insulated, there is no need for an earth wire, making electrical connection straightforward for any qualified installer.

Important Sizing & Installation Notes
- Border Allowance: Always leave a minimum 25mm unheated perimeter around the outer edge of the mirror.
- Do Not Cut: Demister pads cannot be cut, pierced, or trimmed to size under any circumstances.
- Multiple Pads: For oversized mirrors, multiple pads should be placed butted closely side-by-side, but never overlapped.
- Wall Recess: Channel a small recess into the wall directly behind the connector block to allow the mirror to sit completely flat.
